Great food!! Stopped in yesterday on our way home from the beach. Best burger and onion rings!! Food and service was excellent. Highly recommend this lil spot!! Will be back the next trip to the beach.

What a great place to grab a bite! Got here abt 130pm and just missed lunch rush. Was greeted and seated promptly. The server, Angie, was right on point with a menu and took my drink order (unsweet iced tea for me...YES...I KNOW...SACRILEGE for not getting sweet tea in the Mississippi Delta, but I ain't from these parts)! Out came the tea (Styrofoam cup with ice, lid and straw) and Angie took my order. I had to try the namesake Zip Burger (complete with Zip sauce), but couldn't decide between hand cut, lightly battered onion rings or skin on lightly battered fries. ANGIE TO THE RESCUE! Viola..they offer a 1/2 and 1/2 side order so I wouldn't have to sacrifice (the burger is ala carte...you know...a solo performer, so sides are extra charge). Astonishingly quick...seriously...the burger, O-rings and fries are out lickity-split. The handmade beef patty was tender, juicy and tasty! It was prepared with Zip sauce, tomatoes and lettuce all sandwiched between a nice, soft bun. As awesome as the burger patty was, you want to eat it slow and savor it, but you're gonna risk the integrity of the bun from the juices and sauce. I pretty much wolfed mine down. The onion rings were perfect for me. Very lightly battered yet crispy with wide slices of tender onion. You taste the onion instead of a bunch of batter or breading. Likewise, the skin on fries were also lightly battered, to the point it just added an extra crisp (you could get fries in various styles..you don't have to have them battered). I even got an extra side of Zip sauce to dip the O-rings/fries in. The tea was cold, fresh tasting and regularly refilled. Attention from Angie needed no extra prompting...she was pretty awesome. They had other burgers and diner items on the menu (chopped, smothered steak - catfish - pork chops), that I'll have to try next time I come by (which hopefully will be sooner than later). I don't think you can go wrong eating here.

Great burger, fries and onion rings. Made fresh, to order. It’s not fast food, it’s good food...fast, unless they’re crowded. Servers are friendly and attentive. Prices are very fair. Multiple fries options. Crinkle cut, battered fries, or sweet fries. They offer onion rings or fried pickles or a combo of each. The salads are huge. Fresh iceberg and veggies. The menu has something for everyone.

The food is always great, the service is great, the atmosphere is old school. A must stop for the daily special and you can't go wrong with them battered fries with zip sauce, even the crackers with zip sauce is good. A must visit.

Wow! I thought Big Jim's in Mendenhall was the best until I ate the Zip burger, and had the onion rings! Just wow! Y'all gotta come! Becca, our server, was the best! Wow!

We were on our way home to the Gulf after vacationing in Natchez. We were looking for a place to stop and eat. I saw your sign as we were passing by. We flipped around and stopped for lunch. Talk about the best pork chop I've ever had! My granddaughters burger and chicken nuggets were great as well as my daughter's fried chicken. I've wanted to go back every since. We'll be going by there again in a week with plans to stop again. Can't wait!!!

Awesome Catfish filets. The veggies where great also. I heard someone ask if there where any other restaurants in town because it looked like everyone was eating here. Even though they were busy the special didn't take long to come. Service was great. Lots of locals eating here.

Zip's has been a family favorite for more than a decade. The Zip burger is fantastic, as well as other dishes that are served like their salads and plate meals.
